Commitment to Lifelong Learning
The Chartered Institute of Education and Training (CIET) places a strong emphasis on Continuous Professional Development (CPD) as a core requirement for all members. CPD ensures that educators, trainers, and learning professionals maintain competence, enhance expertise, and stay current with global best practices in education and training.
All CIET members are expected to engage in regular CPD activities, document their participation, and demonstrate professional growth. CPD is also a key factor for membership upgrades and Fellowship eligibility.
